VII(b) Delay Reason
Here we enter the delay reason of loan accounts under the following categories,
* Notice Delay
* Arbitration Filing Delay
* Cheque case Filing Delay
* EP Filing Delay
ProcessFlow :-
1) Select Company
2) Select Delay Type
3) Select Report Type
4) Click on Search
Here we can add the delay reason by selecting report type as "Pending" and update old delay reason by selecting the report type as "Update".
* Pending
ProcessFlow :-
1) While Selecting the pending in Report Type and Click on search
2) Select the delay reason from drop down
3) Select the loan no that need to be updated
4) click on update
The Loan no's comes under "No Reason" are shown here.
* Updated
ProcessFlow :-
1) Selecting the Update drop down in Report type, then another Box will appear
2) Enter the loan no that need to update
3) Click on search button
4) Select the loan no
5) Select the delay reason from Drop down
6) While selecting the delay reason "Hand Over to Advocate" in EP, we need to add the date
7) Click on Update button
